Welcome to my party of CONSCIOUSNESS!! What if I told you you can be, do, have, create, generate, & change anything you'd like TODAY??? Yes, that's right... you CAN! And maybe I can help you... *wink wink* I'm Shelly - a worldwide facilitator of possibilities, mobile chiropractor who loves working with bodies, lover of life, and an exuberant joyful being! During chiropractic school, "The Secret" had just made it's debut, everyone was talking about this new way to create your life based on the law of attraction (which I had already dived into a few years prior), and I thought my life was pretty fantastic! Until a friend mentioned that there's so much more possible than this already out of the box chiropractic approach we were both using and "The Secret"....that this bars process totally changed his life, and these Access classes are weird and wacky and really work. I had no idea what he was talking about, but I have always known that there's got to be more to life and I had this instantaneous knowing that I MUST take a class. 2 weeks later I attended my first bars class (the only one in the entire midwest - how lucky was I?) and I had my entire world rocked!! At first, I thought "Wow - no thoughts, no judgements, no more monkey mind... this is pretty cool." Little did I know my WHOLE life would change after that 1 class. I was on the rocketship to consciousness. I proceeded through all of the core classes and became a facilitator in 6 months. One of the greatest gifts I've received from Access is the connection I now have with my body. I've always known I had a different relationship with my body... my body has been communicating with me since the time I was born. I created an allergic reaction to vaccines at 6 months old to make my parents conscious that my body did not require vaccines, I created kidney stones at 16 to acknowledge that my body requires more water when I work out, I created a knee problem to lead me to chiropractic, and the list goes on... The body is a marvelous creation! I explored the body's limits by competing in fitness competitions for 4 years, dieting like a mad woman, piling on mile high judgements from myself and others, and spending grueling hours in the gym trying to create a physique that was "perfect." Did any of that work for me? NO!  When I began honoring my body by asking it what it truly desires (to eat, to do, when and how to work out, what to wear, who to play with, etc.) and sincerely listening, WOW... my body has never screamed "thank you" loud enough. I realized that I could explore the infinite possibilities of my body with ease, intimacy, nurturing... not the force, effort, hard work, time, violence, exercise (exorcise is what the body hears), dieting (die-it is what the body hears), etc. My body is now my best friend! How did I get so lucky?I can hear you asking "so tell me more, what else has changed?" That'd require days of story telling... let's leave it as simple as "EVERYTHING!" Each day I get to BE something different, life is magical, the impossible becomes possible, and every second of life is extremely orgasmical, it's like biting into a piece of decadent dark chocolate... mmmmmm yumminess! Yes, your whole life can be that yummy too! ;) "Ask and you shall receive" is one of the truths of the universe. Have you ever asked the universe to work for you, to support you, to give you the awareness you require? What if the universe has an infinite menu that you get to order from, yet you keep choosing from the finite menu? When I order from the universe, I'm like a little girl in a candy shop!! I literally look out into this big universe and go "I'd like a piece of that, and a piece of that, and a piece of that, and a piece of that, and oh maybe some of that, and hey that looks nice, give me some more..." and wah-lah, there it is! The universe works like magic... it is willing to gift to you whatever you ask for... only if you're willing to receive... and receive the gift and contribution YOU are! Anything you're unwilling to receive becomes the limitation that you cannot overcome. Is it time to stop trying to fit into this reality, and make it work better for you? Would you like more money, more joy, more possibilities, more sex, better relationships, better health, a younger and more supple body, MORE of everything?? Are you willing to be what no one else is willing to be... the difference you are? What if you and the choices you've made are not wrong? What if there's nothing wrong with your body?
