Hello and greetings from Scotland!

When I was still fairly new to Access, and part way through Rikka's Receiving Teleclass, I started waking up feeling very tired in the mornings. People asked me if I was getting my Bars run to support all the clearings we were doing. Well, no, how could I as I couldn't find anyone running Bars here?...
Drawing on my speciality of distance healing, I asked if someone would run my Bars remotely, and Diva graciously volunteered. We exchanged Skype names, and I waited for us to set a time to discuss how this would work. The next morning, much to my surprise I woke up refreshed and energised, and wondered what had happened. Later when I opened an email from Diva saying she had run my Bars the previous evening!! That was like a blind test, I was hooked, and started to add distance Access tools to my Delicious Healing services!
May and I exchanged long-distance bars at the end of a week in which I had been peeling myself out of bed in the mornings feeling extremely lethargic and unmotivated. I had tried several things to change this eg going to bed earlier, changing what I eat and nothing was changing!
After our Bars session my head was totally clear and a wonderful feeling of peace came over me which just got better and better that day. Amazing!
