This is an invitation to de-stress your body by de-fragging your brain.

A session conducted by Tamera Power, a certified Access Consciousness Bars® Facilitator will provide the opportunity for you to let go of your perceived limitations by releasing thoughts, beliefs, points of view and considerations that you are holding onto.

The process involves lightly touching 32 points (called Bars) on the head that are associated with areas of life including money, creativity, control, body image, healing, joy and more. Each of these points stores energy in the electromagnetic components of these experiences throughout our lifetime. When these points are touched, an electrical charge is released, thus allowing for new possibilities in your life, health, relationships and more.

A De-Stress/De-Frag session helps to eliminate thoughts, beliefs, trauma, limitations, distress and emotions which are currently limiting your life and wellbeing.

After a De-Stress/De-Frag session individuals have reported positive results after one session and with ongoing treatments have experienced significant shifts in their life!

Results reported have included:

•Increased energy, mental clarity;
•Not being affected by people and situations the same old way;
•Overcome your anxiety, distress, worry, fears, and tension;
